EQL Asbestos Self Sampling
When undertaking sampling at an asset please ensure you follow all internal safety & policy procedures.

In addition you will need to complete these forms to go with your sample submission. Please use the following links to obtain all relevant forms and information.
- Take a sample yourself with the assistance of our DIY Asbestos Sampling Guidance
- Click here for guidance on how to collect a sample for asbestos analysis
- Complete the Chain of Custody form & EQL Sample Submission Form (ensure that these are not placed in same bag as the sample, they need to be in outer bag.)
- Submit the samples to our NATA accredited laboratory
- Note that samples are not be sent to our PO Box
